Vietnamese rocker to attend International Music Fest

Rocker Pham Anh Khoa will perform his own songs at the International Music Festival in Pattaya, Thailand from March 18-20.

“This is my chance to learn from foreign artists who come from countries with developed music, to introduce Vietnamese music and culture to them, and especially to show them the breath of Vietnamese rock music,” Anh Khoa said.

Anh Khoa said he will perform his latest songs with his band in Thailand, including “Let’s Step”, the theme song of his upcoming album. After the album is introduced, Anh Khoa will organize a tour to big universities in Vietnam.

The Pattaya International Music Festival is an annual event, held by the Thai Tourism Administration.

Music shows will start from 6 pm everyday at four big stages - Galaxy, Universal, Moon and Reggae Star – with singers from Japan (Johnny’s Junior), South Korea (Bi Rain, Son Dam Bi), the Philippines (Nina Girado), Singapore (Derrick Ho), Malaysia (Will Ng), Indonesia (Superkidz), Laos (Tik Princess), Vietnam (Anh Khoa) and singers of the host country.
